Quentin Garcia, MS, (He/Him)

Pre-licensed professional counselor

Accepting new clients - In-Person & Telehealth

Quentin believes finding a therapist who really understands you can make all the difference. He believes therapy works best when you feel safe, seen, and accepted for who you are. His goal is to create a space where you can drop the mask and work through what’s holding you back—with compassion, humor, and zero judgment. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, or just feeling stuck, he’ll meet you where you’re at and help you build the tools to move forward.

As a trauma-focused therapist, He will use EMDR, TF-CBT, and other trauma models to help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your life. He is also passionate about providing LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC affirming care—everyone deserves a space that feels inclusive.

Quentin earned his Master’s Degree from Boston University and has experience working with the following: children/teens, parents, adults, trauma/PTSD, clients with a history of physical/sexual abuse, depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, anger management, self-esteem, behavioral issues.

Outside of session, you’ll probably find him reading (fantasy, thriller, and horror are his favorites), performing in musicals, playing basketball, dancing, cooking, or doing something spooky.

He feels that you don’t have to face everything on your own. He would like to work together to figure out what healing looks like for you.
